Bright Horizons is seeking an Advocate for our O’Neill office.

This role includes direct services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence, shelter support, and criminal justice advocacy.

This can be:
• One full-time position
or
• Two part-time positions
Responsibilities include:
• Survivor advocacy and safety planning
• Shelter coordination
• Court accompaniment and system navigation
• Crisis line coverage

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice, human services, counseling, or equivalent experience
• Understanding of domestic and sexual violence
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
