Bullying

It is a word we hear often and most times it brings up negative feelings.

But knowing how bullying makes us feel and being able to identify it after it happens is sometimes a challenge. Especially in teens.

Knowing what it means to be bullied, and what it means to be a bully are two vital lessons that can help shape a future without violence.

At Bright Horizons that is exactly what we are trying to do. We want to help build a world where everyone is safe in every relationship.

Last week Kenzie, our youth & campus advocate, visited with 150 Norfolk Public School students on the topic of bullying.

Deep discussion was held on exactly what bullying is and what to do if you are being bullied.

Questions were asked, answers were given and prizes were even handed out.
