English Support Group identified the most important stressors that can trigger anxiety and depression during our group meeting on Monday night with guest speaker Josie Clark, PA-C with Nebraska Health and Wellness Clinic. Discussion centered on medications, social situations, sadness, lack of interest, thoughts of suicide, fatigue, and sleep disturbance. In addition to identifying our own specific triggers, we discussed how to relate triggers to family and friends so that they can be aware of the feelings someone has that deals with anxiety and depression.
