On June 17th, Emily Schoenleber from the Nebraska State Patrol and Michelle Miller from the Nebraska Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence, came to Bright Horizons’ Boyd and Holt County’s CRT meeting. Emily and Michelle presented the legislative changes in the LB1132 bill. This bill now allows survivors of sexual assault to report the assault anonymously. This bill became effective July 19, 2018 and the protocol will become available July 2019.
