The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks is an organization that emphasizes work with veterans and youth in our communities. Norfolk Elks Lodge #653 has several on-going projects with this in mind. One of these is sponsoring Boy Scout troop #124. The Lodge received a grant from the Elks National Foundation to use for this group. The scout troop does many community service projects during the year so the Elks and the Boy Scout troop decided that they wanted to use a portion of the grant to assist Bright Horizons. The scouts shopped for, boxed and delivered several boxes of food to the agency. Thank you for supporting our agency!
